Taking pics during twilight and at night with a long exposure setting in minimal light remains one of my favorite ways to use my camera. The blur resulting from movement, whether by walking or speeding along, turning, and bumping around in a car, is so beautiful to me (probably because of my background in drawing — remember charcoal drawings?…. pastels?… ).
There are no effects applied here whatsoever — all I did was bring up the exposure and saturation a little. The rest was left exactly as is.
