So my first thing to keep more stable these days are my hours at work, which have been shorter than they used to be for some years now due to my health. If I can do that for a while without major setbacks, I will feel more normal in the world.
This helps. Even with all the responsibilities I carry outside of work, both to others and to myself for my health.
I still do though need times were I have to stop and rest. Like the older lady that I’ve become, these difficult years since I was diagnosed.
