Some challenging stuff and always interesting in terms of solving problems – what to emphasize, what to animate, how to hint at what it looks like in real life without overdoing it.
I am learning a lot in doing these projects, which are all about using my visual artistic skills to say something for the benefit of the environment and the public.
There’s something to be said for the challenge of not doing artwork focused solely on the personal. Makes me feel useful in a larger sense, and after 18 years of being a mother so far, I doubt I’d be satisfied with my energy if it were focused only on me.
